Avo-Banana Spinach Smoothie

- 1 cup spinach , fresh and washed
- 1 cup water
- 1 banana
- ¼ avocado , pitted and peeled
- Add a little flaxseed (a good source of extra fiber)
- Decorate with mint leaves or add them to the mix
Blend spinach and water until smooth.
Add the avocado and banana; blend again.
Blend with a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.
