People who measure their weight daily can lose weight more than people who do not approach the balance, according to a recent study.
Researchers at the University of Drexel and Pennsylvania selected 300 women in different weights, asked half of them to measure their weight daily, and the other half did not do so for two years.
The results showed that women who measured their weight daily were more healthy and less obese than their counterparts who did not measure weight.
The follow-up of weight measurement on the balance stimulates the person to make the necessary changes in daily life.
“Measuring daily weight usually stimulates healthy eating and healthy living,” said Megan Potarin, who is in charge of the research.
